Terms of Service
Last updated: August 5, 2026 (includes our 7-day refund policy). This page is maintained by the Stock Pulse team.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Stock Pulse (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
2. What the Service is
Stock Pulse reads publicly available news, market chatter and market data, then uses an AI model to produce "hot", "neutral" or "cold" sentiment verdicts, confidence scores, peer comparisons, and modelled price predictions. The Service is commentary and entertainment-grade information. It is not financial, investment, or tax advice and should not be relied on to make investment decisions.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account, and any user under 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and Google sign-in secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account has been misused.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Stock Pulse offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually through our payment provider. Pricing, including any limited-time "Founding" price, is shown on our pricing page. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the displayed price on a recurring basis until you cancel. Founding subscribers keep their original price for as long as their subscription stays active. Taxes may apply. We never see or store your full card details; those are handled by our payment provider.
5. Trials and promotional codes
From time to time we may offer free trials or promotional codes. A trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. Promotional pricing applies only for the period stated and then reverts to the standard price unless the offer says otherwise.
6. Cancellation and refund policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or our payment provider's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period. If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and may restrict Pro access if payment cannot be collected.
7-day refund window. Pro subscribers can request a refund within 7 days of being charged. This applies to both your first charge and any renewal charge. Requests made inside that window are refunded to your original payment method automatically — banks typically take 5–10 days to show the money. Requests made more than 7 days after a charge are not covered by this policy, but you can still submit one and we will review it manually and email you a decision.
A reason is required. When you request a refund you must choose one of three reasons: "Not useful" (the analysis didn't help me), "Too many mistakes" (the verdict or data was inaccurate), or "Other". If you choose "Other" you must describe what happened in your own words. There is also an optional "anything else?" box on every request — we read those, and they're how the product gets better.
How to request one. Open your account & billing page and use "Request a refund". Refunding a charge does not by itself cancel your subscription — cancel separately if you don't want it to renew. One refund request can be under review at a time. We may decline repeated or abusive refund requests, and we may end Pro access for the refunded period.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute verdicts, reports, or data from the Service.
- Do not attempt to bypass daily limits, paywalls, or the agent (MCP) authentication.
- Do not submit misleading, infringing, or unlawful content through prediction pools or other user-input features.
- Do not interfere with the Service's infrastructure, APIs, or other users' accounts.
Pool chat ("The Floor") has its own rules, enforced under this clause: no giving or soliciting real trading advice, no external links, short messages only (200 characters max), and report-and-hide moderation — any member can report a message, a reported message hides immediately pending review, and repeat reports upheld against a member removes their Floor access in that pool (they can still play).
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, without refund.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as price predictions, watchlist entries, and portfolio holdings. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content to run the Service's features, including displaying anonymised aggregates such as crowd predictions and pool leaderboards. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, verdicts, and branding, is owned by the Stock Pulse team and protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party market data and news shown on the Service belong to their respective providers and are shown for transparency only; their inclusion does not imply endorsement of Stock Pulse.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete, and market data may be delayed or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Stock Pulse team accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on the Service. This does not affect any non-excludable rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your country.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access for any reason, including violation of these terms or prolonged inactivity. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Stock Pulse team operates the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer law gives you other rights.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms, your subscription, or your account can be sent through the contact options on the Service. See also our Privacy Policy and disclaimer.
